PRE- PRODUCTION:
- We usually like to set up 24 hours in advance of an event, we do colour testing, sound testing, etc. at the venue.
- This time strongly depends on the type of event, number of video angles, etc.
PRODUCTION:
- Our crew will be at the venue before the event, and will stay there untill after the event.
- Unless otherwise arranged
POST- PRODUCTION:
- We usually deliver the finished product within two to three weeks of the event, but this strongly depends on the type of production:
- Hours of footage, effects, sound, etc

1. A 40% non-refundable pre- payment must be paid when placing an order,
this refund will only be refunded should the products not be delivered as per prior arrangement.
2. By signing the invoice, the client understands that he/she has a legal responsibility to pay Kryptonite Productions the full balance when receiving the ordered products.
3. By signing thie invoice, the client agrees that the products have been received in a good condition.

6. Warranty period:
- We warrant your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
- The warranty excludes:
Damage due to abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, undue exposure to sun, heat and all such acts or omissions beyond our control.
- This warranty shall become void and cease to operate if the product is dismantled by, or any repairs to the products are effected by any persons not duly authorized by the company.
- This warranty shall become void if the product is scratched.
- Please keep your sales invoice as proof of purchase for warranty purposes.
- Goods are not refundable
7. By signing the proof sheet (only applicable to major projects - R3500+), the customer agrees that the proof DVD is correct. Any changes afterwards will charged. For small projects, other arrangements will be made.
8. All commercial music used, must be legally lisenced for the use in a production. We can lisence these music pieces for the customer via SAMRO (SA Music Rights Organization). When a large amount of music must be used for a production, we will note this charge in the quotation. Alternatively, music lisences can be obtained by the receiving party. Kryptonite Productions will contact you with these arrangements.
